Sandra Bullock’s new thriller film, Bird Box, premiered last week on Netflix. Suddenly, everyone couldn’t stop talking about it on social media and delivered on the memes.
Bird Box revolves around a a woman and two children who are trying to escape a mysterious force that’s terrorizing the world. It’s said that if you see it, your biggest fears will appear. This is why Malorie (Sandra Bullock) and the kids navigate a forest and a river blindfolded, depending on the birds to tell them if the “creatures” are nearby.
Without giving too much away, fans posted funny reaction images, GIFs, and videos to express just how intense the scenes were.
There are also clips that imitate scenes in the movie. Parents are playing along with their kids while blindfolded, but they don’t always go as planned. (Then agin, don’t attempt to do everything that happened in Bird Box, you might hurt yourselves.)
