Well, no matter how extra that kid’s parents were, we bet they don’t hold a candle to fragrance mogul Joel Cruz, who recently threw a celebration for the baptism of his youngest children, Ziv and Zaid. Needless to say, the list of godparents alone will surprise you. Both kids each have 23 godfathers and 23 godmothers. That’s 46 each. In the words of the great Jonathan Van Ness, “Can you believe?”

Ziv’s godfathers include influential names in both politics, business, and show business such as Chavit Singson, Sen. Bam Aquino, Afred Tan Jr., Martin Nievera, Jason Abalos, John Ortega, and Ricky Davao. For godmothers, Ziv can rely on the likes of Sen. Nikki Coseteng, Congw. Linabelle Ruth Villarica, celebs such as Ynez Veneracion, Camille Prats-Yambao, and Carmina Villaroel-Legaspi.

Meanwhile, Zaid’s list includes Sec. Mark Villar, Martin Andanar, Sec. Salvador Panelo, Sen. Sonny Angara, Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian, Gov. E.R. Ejercito, and Noel Crisostomo. Godmothers include Tessa Prieto-Valdez, Gloria Diaz, Sunshine Cruz, and Jacquilou Blanco.
