Not all heroes wear capes.
On Instagram, Heart Evangelista revealed that she will be establishing a facility for animals in Sorsogon, her husband, Chiz Escudero’s hometown. “As you all know, I’ve always had a soft spot for animals and it’s a dream of mine to be able to do more to champion their welfare,” she wrote. Sharing a photo of her in the middle of an empty lot in the province, she added, “This will be the site of one special endeavour that is near and dear to my heart—building a facility which provides services such as spaying, neutering, tagging and shots, and a community that welcomes animals and treats them with love.”
Heart is known for her many endeavors in both beauty and fashion, and her commitment to this noble cause despite the many things she’s got on her plate right now is only making us love her more.
