‘Eerie’ is not a Netflix film! Star Cinema’s horror movie is gaining wolrdwide audience

The Star Cinema film Eerie is gaining worldwide spotlight.

The Pinoy gothic action supernatural horror film, starring Bea Alonzo and Charo Santos-Concio, uses elements of suspense writing that follows guidance counselor Pat Consolacion as she embarks on solving the mysterious death of a student at the Sta. Lucia Academy for girls.

The film has made it to several international news sites like Elle and Independent , and has been the talk of the town on social media, leaving viewers terrified. A lot have even admitted that they are now scared to turn their lights off after watching the film.

The film was released in March but only landed recently on Netflix—which are making people assume that it’s a Netflix film.

But it isn’t.

Eerie is a Star Cinema film and was distributed in Southeast Asia by mm2 Entertainment. It is written and directed by Mikhail Red.
