If you’ve been sucked into the “Crash Landing On You” fever, it’s hard not to be charmed by Son Ye-jin who plays Yoon Se-ri in the show. In the series, we see her character shift from the cold-hearted heiress to a kind-hearted soul. It’s a role she played so well that a lot of the show’s audience have been following her social media footprint (including her guestings in different K-drama commentary YouTube channels).
But apart from “Crash Landing On You,” Son Ye-jin has starred in numerous successful K-dramas. Here are some that would make you fall in love with her all over again:
“Something In The Rain”
In this series, she plays Yoon Jin-a who is a 30-year-old single woman. She eventually finds love with her best friend’s younger brother, Seo Joon-hee—who she initially found to be childish.
“Don’t Look Back: The Legend of Orpheus”
If you’re a fan of stories about forbidden love, you’ll definitely love this show. Son Ye-jin plays Jo Hae-woo, the female lead. Her character falls in love with Han Yi-soo, who is actually out to exact revenge on Hae-woo’s father for framing him.
“Personal Taste”
Starring alongside Lee Min-ho as Jeon Jin-ho, Son Ye-jin plays heartbroken Park Gae-in. In the show, Gae-in accepts Jin-ho (who wants to live with a woman) as her roommate thinking he was gay.
“Spotlight”
Playing a boss character in the world of journalism, Son Ye-jin is anchorwoman Seo Woo-jin. The show highlights the struggles Woo-jin has to face to reach her goal of becoming the best at what she does.
