And with the band’s success and recent rising fame in South Korea, Ben&Ben celebrates one million subscribers by launching their new weekly series “BBTV” that airs every Wednesday starting Aug. 5.
According to Sony Music Philippines, Ben&Ben plans to share behind-the-scenes vlogs and let their fans see what it’s like for them to live together. “We decided to live together to eliminate or at least greatly lessen the risks involved with working outside,” says guitarist and vocalist Miguel. “We always had the idea of living together in the future to create content and write music, but with the situation now we realized that now was the best time to actually give it a shot.”
Not just that, the series aims to produce an extensive range of content such as games, competitions, challenges and more. The band even revealed that they’re planning to release a couple of K-pop covers soon. Fingers crossed that they’d be on NCT and Day6 songs, seeing as they’re the reason why Ben&Ben trended on Korean streaming site Melon.
