Cue Angeline Quinto’s “Piliin Mo Ang Pilipinas” and get your Filipino pride on because “2gether” star Vachirawit Chiva-aree, better known as Bright, is dropping his own Original Pilipino Music (OPM) single. Dreamscape Entertainment announced that the Thai BL actor has recorded the song and that fans can look forward to a couple of surprises at 3 p.m. on July 31. We’re hoping that we’re getting a music video (with a view of the Mayon Volcano) or a live chat along with the track.

Bright has lent his vocals to the “2gether The Series” official soundtrack with “OK, I thought it myself, right?” and “Kan Goo” so fans already have an idea of what the upcoming single might sound like. Because he’s also fond of uploading acoustic covers, many are speculating that it might be an OPM cover. Eraserheads’ “With A Smile” seems to be a fan favorite guess at the moment with many tweeting it along with the tag #BrightSingsOPM.
Apart from that, Filipino fans can anticipate Tine and Sarawat’s return with the “(Still) 2gether The Series” simulcast in the Philippines and Thailand which will be streaming on iWant and GMMTV on Aug. 14.
