Rising star Millie Bobby Brown is frontlining a new Netflix film “Enola Holmes,” where she plays as the famous detective Sherlock Holmes’ (Henry Cavill) little sister. She also co-produced the upcoming Netflix film. Joining Brown and Cavill are Helena Bonham Carter (who will play as Eudoria Holmes), Sam Claffin (who will play as Mycroft Holmes), Louis Partridge (who will play as Lord Tewksbury) and more.
From the trailer, the film’s story will revolve around the young Holmes’ journey to find her lost mother, who left without coming back. At a young age, Enola was very close to her mother Eudoria. However when the latter went missing, Enola’s older brothers Sherlock and Mycroft tried to correct her wild upbringing, which the young Holmes took as a sign to look for her mother.
Prior to “Enola Holmes,” Brown has appeared on the big screen as Madison Russell on “Godzilla: King of the Monsters” back in 2019. Another upcoming project of hers is “Godzilla v. Kong” which is said to be in post-production now.
