After only four days since the release of their first full-length album, BLACKPINK teases more content by dropping the trailer of their first Netflix documentary and announcing their appearances at fan-favorite variety shows.
Blinks are in for a treat as the much-awaited Netflix documentary “Light Up the Sky” features exclusive interviews with Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa and never-before-seen videos of their trainee days. As fans wait for the film to come out on Oct. 14, Netflix reveals raw moments of the girls as they reflect on their journeys as the global K-pop sensations they are today based on the documentary’s trailer. A tearful Rosé expresses how she never saw herself living apart from her family and adds, “We grew into something that we didn’t even know was possible.”
Aside from looking forward to Jisoo’s upcoming drama “Snowdrop,” Blinks can also expect all four members to make appearances on JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything” on Oct. 17 and SBS’ “Running Man” which has yet to announce a release date.
We’ve seen the witty and charming sides of the girls before through their previous appearances on these variety shows, from Lisa’s hilarious dance routines on “Ask Us Anything” to Jennie’s iconic haunted house visit on “Running Man, so we can’t wait to see what’s in store this time.
