Am I the only one feeling winded after seeing Taika Waititi, Rita Ora, and Tessa Thompson’s three-way kiss?
Let me backtrack. Waititi, fresh off his divorce, and Ora were rumored to be dating last April, with photos of them holding hands and canoodling in Australia being snapped by the paparazzi. Today, another series of pap photos surfaced online—and this time, the couple were joined by Thompson. And by joined, I quite literally mean the three of them were caught macking on each other’s lips at the same time.
When I tell you I screamed!
As a journalist, I think it’s my duty to help people in these trying times. And right now, “help people in these trying times” means “help people process Taika Waititi, Rita Ora, and Tessa Thompson kissing each other at the same time by showing them how I processed it in my diary.” No need to thank me for my service, I already know.

- I have to say, I do appreciate that they’re stuck awkwardly kissing behind a table of mimosas, presumably with other people casually milling about around them, which is a tableau I can’t say I haven’t myself found in. Celebrities, they’re just like us
- I feel like people are already jumping to the conclusion that all three of them are dating and are in a poly couple, which could be true but honestly I don’t really see it? Normalize poly kisses outside of relationships!
