You’ve heard of “Twilight” fever, now get ready for Kookie Fever. The Philippine Red Cross is inviting you to find out if you’re Jungkook’s type—well, same blood type (it’s type A) that is.
To celebrate the BTS maknae’s upcoming 25th birthday, local fanbase BFM Kookiebunnies has organized several fan events this month. One of them is a bloodletting drive in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross to be held on Saturday, Aug. 13.
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., ARMY can go to the Philippine National Red Cross Headquarters in Mandaluyong to donate blood. Blood donors aged 16 to 65 years old must be in generally good health, weigh at least 50 kg, and pass Red Cross’s physical and history screening. If you and everyone you’re bringing along can pass all those qualifications, sign up.
Read through the information below and help us save lives one donation at a time.

For first-timers, BFM Kookiebunnies has prepared a handy guide to the donating process and things to do or avoid before and after donating. The fanbase also has raffle prizes, loot bags, and snacks for donors.
It’s pretty amusing that a teaser for a photo folio called “Me, Myself, and Jung Kook” was published last night, Aug. 11. In the photo, Jungkook is giving Volturi in “Twilight” with his white ruffle dress shirt and otherworldly post-blood sucking disheveled look. It feels like a sign to join a bloodletting drive.

Ahead of Jungkook’s Sept. 1 birthday, you can also sign up for BFM Kookiebunnies’ other Kookie Fever events like its tree planting activity and Our Golden Maknae Turns Silver! hotel party. Having fun while helping others is the best way to celebrate your fave.
