Even Melbourne can’t get enough of Taylor Sheesh.

The Philippines’ preeminent Taylor Swift drag performer delighted a roaring crowd during her first major public performance in Australia on the main stage of Melbourne’s Fed Square. Taylor Sheesh staged a free Errors Tour show on Feb. 17, Saturday for Swifties who failed to snag tickets to Taylor Swift’s three-night Melbourne Eras Tour leg.

Among the opening acts of Taylor Sheesh’s show are the ballroom family The House of Diesel and Body Electric Dance Studios. When it was her time to take the stage, the Aussie crowd chanted her name; some were even raising banners with her name on it. The crowd’s enthusiasm was a glimpse into the growth of Taylor Sheesh’s following that even the drag queen found surprising.

“Last night, we didn’t expect to have a massive crowd,” Taylor Sheesh told Today Australia in her first Australian TV appearance. “The Aussie Swifties are insane and wild. They gave a 100,000 percent energy from start to finish of our show.”

Videos of the crowd showed thousands jumping and screaming lyrics throughout her set.

She also shared with Today that she managed to watch Swift for the first time at the Eras Tour Japan stop and how she planned on catching the tour’s final Melbourne show.

Sorry I need to leave after the RED era because I have a flight to catch up. Btw, this is my view. 😭😭😭😭 pic.twitter.com/GkyGskCnB1

A number of Australian fans have been sharing their photos with Taylor Sheesh on social media, too. Some netizens even wished that she had performed more shows in Melbourne as well as other places like New York.

READ: Taylor Sheesh will never go out of style

Where will Taylor Sheesh take her Errors Tour next? We’ll have to wait to find out. In the meantime, we’ll be wishing to see shows where Mac Coronel is able to showcase other drag performances outside of impersonation, too.

After all, Coronel is a force to be reckoned with—in and out of Taylor Swift drag.
