The creative director of Chanel and Fendi Karl Lagerfeld might be retiring soon, reports Page Six, when a source close to Karl mentioned that he is “really tired.” The source continued to share that “He’s not doing well and he’s ready to stop.”
With that, the Chanel resorts show in Cuba coming this May might just be his last for the luxury brand. But our question is, who will take care of both Chanel and Fendi after he steps down? He has been creative director since 1983 and 1965 respectively.
If this is the case, then we all shouldn’t miss the resort collection. He might just end with a ridiculous bang!
