When the Sunnies Studio gang—Georgina Wilson-Burnand, Eric Dee, Bea Soriano-Dee, and Martine Cajucom—opened their very first café, they didn’t do an official launch. Everything was just through social media and word of mouth. And now, for the opening of their second branch in SM Megamall, they tried something new by doing a week of soft opening and officially throwing a launch via a yummy lunch last Wednesday.
The café carries the same aesthetics of their first branch featuring a pastel palette and furniture reminiscent of a Wes Anderson film. Definitely the same Instagrammable spot you fell in love with, but with a location closer for people who live up north. It’s nice to know that they added a couple of things on their menu like the grilled cauliflower with chorizo, salsa, and piquillo pepper sauce and even desserts like the banana cream pie aside from the crowd-favorites like the Funfetti dessert and the parmesan-shell taco. Mmm.
If you’re thinking of upping your Instagram game and at the same time craving for brunch food, then head to their SM Megamall (or Bonifacio High Street) branch.
