As a wannabe beauty girl, there’s one event that I (and fellow beauty gals) always look forward to and that’s Rustan’s Beauty Addict—a once-a-year activity-filled event that allows us to celebrate beauty and all the beauty cult-faves under Rustan’s Beauty Source.
This year, being their fifth, was probably the most hectic one celebrates self-love, from appreciating and celebrating women and the skin we’re born in. My teammates and I clocked in major steps on our fitness trackers as we went around Rustan’s beauty department and were out for more than two hours—you know, just ogling at beauty products, swatching lipsticks (looking at you Max Factor, Mac Cosmetics, Clinique, and Estée Lauder), joining activities (water pong at Nuxe, spelling bee by Hermès, kaleidoscope memory game at Stila, and wall hoops by K-Palette), and of course, shopping. Note: There were major discounts!
To add fuel to the FOMO flame, we even bumped into personalities and celebrities who also got super excited (and competitive) with all the beauty activities. Don’t believe us?
