I have the biggest smile on my face right now because I just watched the teaser trailer of the live action reboot of The Lion King. Growing up, this was one of my favorite Disney films so I’m really looking forward to this. After last year’s announcements that Donald Glover and Beyoncé would be voicing some of the characters, we finally have a glimpse of the film.
This short clip shows the iconic start of the film wherein Rafiki raises Simba over Pride Rock. The resemblance to the animated movie is spot on. But what caught my attention was Simba’s little paws. Yeah I’m a sucker for cat paws. Take a look at the teaser trailer and wait for the film set to hit theaters in July 2019.
