Miss Japan and Miss Canada aren’t the only ones opting for Filipino designs in Miss Universe. Virginia Limongi Silva of Ecuador wore a Mark Bumgarner piece during the long gown competition last night.
It was a white gown with shimmery embellishments. The bodice and skirt highlighted Virginia’s natural curves as she strutted the catwalk.
Mark also wished Virginia luck on her Miss U journey.
Great piece, Mark. Also, best of luck to Miss Ecuador and the rest of the candidates in the competition.
