A list of Christmas movies to binge-watch today

Merry Christmas, everyone! The day for presents, family, and food is finally here. While you all gather around the Christmas tree to exchange gifts, why not put a movie on for everyone to enjoy too? Heck, why not binge-watch a bunch of holiday-themed movies today. It seems like the perfect time to just stay in your pajamas and relax with some good entertainment. If you’re not sure where to start, here’s that includes every type of Christmas flick.

Four Christmases

Not all families are perfect and this movie might make you feel better about yours. A couple is forced to visit each side of their divorced parents. Cramming four mini family reunions in one day is no easy feat and patience is bound to be tested. Maybe this will teach all of us that we just have to make the best of whatever our family situations may be.

Die Hard

If you don’t like cheesy films, Die Hard is technically considered a Christmas movie. This classic action film focuses on a policeman who tries to take down a group of terrorists who have taken over a high-rise. Oh, and all of this takes place on Christmas Eve.

Christmas with the Kranks

Sometimes, breaking away from Christmas tradition and planning a beach vacation is tempting. This is exactly what happened to Luther and Nora Krank. They prepared for an island getaway by getting spray tans and buying new swimsuits but that all went to waste. Last-minute, their daughter decides to visit them for the holidays and they try desperately to catch up on Christmas planning.

The Christmas Chronicles

If you’re looking for something to watch with the kids, check out this new Christmas flick. A brother and sister duo find out that Santa Claus does exist. They try to help fix his broken sleigh and round up all the reindeer running around the city. This will make you feel like a little kid again.

The Man Who Invented Christmas

Everyone is familiar with A Christmas Carol but do you know how it came to be. In this movie, find out out how Charles Dickens came up with the popular Christmas story and how he was inspired by the people around him. This might also remind you to be less of a Scrooge this season.

Edward Scissorhands

When I think of Christmas movies, I picture that scene in Edward Scissorhands where he made ice sculptures and fake snow in the process. This technically doesn’t just focus on Christmas but the vibe is definitely there.
