Yolanda Hadid bids good-bye to her botox and implants

Former model, TV personality, and celebrity mom Yolanda Hadid celebrated her 55th birthday by letting go of all the unnatural things in her body. These include botox, implants, fillers, and extensions.

Yolanda flaunted her natural lewk on Instagram, where she’s wearing a nude lace bodysuit and a bomber jacket. “Finally back to the original 1964,” she wrote. She explained that all the “bullsh*t” was what she thought she needed based on “what society conditioned me to believe what a sexy woman should look like until the toxicity of it all almost killed me.”

“Your health is your wealth so please make educated decisions, research the partial information you’re given by our broken system before putting anything foreign in your body,” Yolanda continued. “It took me many years of undoing some bad choices I made for myself before I finally found the freedom to sustainable internal beauty and acceptance of what is the best version of myself by no standards but my own.”

According to E! News, this move also comes after Yolanda’s lengthy post on New Year’s Ever about her Lyme Disease relapse due to mold exposure. She’s had a long battle with the condition and letting go of her botox and implants may be the best course to get her health back on track.

This is also an empowering statement as women are often pressured to look perfect all the time, causing them to resort to plastic surgery to achieve that. While it’s your choice to do so, you should always do it with the right presence of mind and not out of spite. You don’t have to conform to society’s standards, just do what you think is best for you.
