Glossier is widely recognized as cult-favorite among beauty fans all over the world, thanks to their great philosophy of always putting “skin first.” But there was one thing the brand noticeably lacked: inclusivity. That is, until now.
“While the sheer coverage of our formulas makes them more flexible than traditional complexion products, we knew that there were gaps that needed to be filled,” Glossier rep Kym Davis told Marie Claire. “After over a year and half of research, testing, and development, we’re excited to offer our customers a more balanced and comprehensive selection of shades designed to stretch across a wide range of skin tones.”
Morena sisters, that’s your cue to rejoice! Glossier’s expansion of shade ranges was applied in the brand’s complexion line, which consists of the Perfecting Skin Tint, Stretch Concealer, and Wowder. Not only that, but they also launched a new Shade Finder tool on its website which aims to help customers select their match more confidently.
Fans are obvi freaking out.
