When you come from a storied entertainment family like the Valencianos, how they keep fit should be a no-brainer: This is a family of dancers. However, sisters-in-law Kiana Valenciano and Tricia Centenera-Valenciano have something else in common apart from possessing exceptional bodily coordination—they have a penchant for boxing as an exercise.
To round out this hyperactive #PreenFitSpo month, we made an exclusive video series for Preen where the two sisters show us how they warm up with stretches and circuit training, followed by a quick boxing tutorial led by Garren Elorde. (Yes, he’s the grandson of the Flash Elorde himself!)
