Sandara Park (aka Dara) has always maintained her youthful glow. She moved to Korea, became part of a super popular girl group 2NE1, and now she’s hosting a new TV show—but still, no signs of aging at all! At 32, she still looks like a teenager. So when she shared about how she keeps her young-looking skin, we paid attention.
Sandara starts with her inner health. She keeps a healthy diet because she believes that it directly affects her physical beauty. I agree, because when I don’t eat food I’m intolerant to, my skin clears up.
Next is that she also takes supplements like collagen and vitamins to help with her cellular function and skin elasticity. Sandara also reminds you (yes, you!) to not miss out on your skincare routine, always remember to use your toner, serum, eye cream, and moisturizer especially before you sleep as your skin regenerates faster at night.
When it comes to makeup, she likes to keep it minimal, just enough to highlight her features. She swears by a good makeup base to help her achieve her desired look. So I’m guessing it’s time to snap up a really good cushion compact if you don’t have one yet.
