Angelica Panganiban isn’t one to mince words when it comes to the subject of exes—or any subject for that matter. Now, people are asking whether or not she’s pertaining to John Lloyd Cruz in her recent interviews.
On the latest episode of Angelica’s web series #AskAngelica, the first two questions seemed to have struck a nerve in her. When asked about if it’s okay to meet with an ex’s new partner, she said, “Hindi ko alam, baka masaktan ko ‘yun. Kasi unang-una, hindi naman ako pinalitan. Pinilit eh! Pinilit sirain ‘yung relasyon, kaya may galit,” (I don’t know, I might hurt her. First of all, I wasn’t replaced. She forced it! She forced to ruin the relationship, that’s why I feel anger) she said.
Angelica and co-host Donna Cariaga also referenced the “three-month rule.” Donna almost mentioned John Lloyd when she was asked where she first learned about that. This is pertaining to the actor’s line in One More Chance.
Meanwhile, the second question was about a boyfriend who got another woman pregnant. Angelica jokingly looked stunned, possibly hinting at the rumors that John Lloyd is expecting a baby with Ellen Adarna.
Another interview that’s raising eyebrows was when Angelica revealed that an ex charged several restaurant bills to her name. “Bilang lagi nga kami d’un minsan sasabihin o palista na lang muna tapos balikan namin,” (Since we’re always there, sometimes I’ll tell them to put it on my tab and I’ll come back for it) she told Vice Ganda. She then saw that her tab had reached P9,000, with orders from her ex while he was on a date with another woman.
No names were mentioned but again, could this be about John Lloyd? I mean, they did date for three years.
Whatever the case, it is entertaining to watch Angelica handle situations like this in a lighthearted manner. Plus, her candidness is giving us life!
