Iza Calzado and Ben Wintle’s beach wedding at Coron, Palawan is finally happening. We’ve got all the details of the ceremony so sit back and swoon with us.
Based on the invitation sent to guests, the ceremony was held at Club Paradise. The dress code is “beach chic” and the motif are shades of beige, brown, green, and warm nudes.
For the bouquets of the bride and entourage, floral and event designer Teddy Manuel designed them. The colors were a fresh mix of white, muted pinks and blues, lilacs, and completed with green leaves. If you look closely, you’ll see a locket with photos of Iza’s late parents in it attached to the base of her bouquet. We’re guessing this is her something old.
For their entourage, Ben’s best man is his brother, Ralph. While Iza’s maids are Anicka Wintle and Cheska Winebrenner, and the man of honor is Mike Lariosa. Their “guide parents” include familiar names like Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo, Noel Ferrer, and Lucy Torres. Little Scarlet Snow Belo is also one of the flower girls.
Now that you’ve seen Ben’s white suit in the photo above, it’s time we talk about Iza’s wedding dress. She opted for a breezy long-sleeved lace piece by Rajo Laurel paired with white strappy heels and a veil. The aisle was filled with white and lavender flowers, styled by Gideon Hermosa, and Iza certainly stood out while doing her wedding walk.
In a video by Tim Yap, you’ll see that Iza’s low ponytail was decorated with a white starfish and shells.
After they’ve said their vows and exchanged rings, the couple had their first kiss as husband and wife with the sunset in the backdrop.
