Over the weekend, Kryz Uy and Slater Young got married at Shangri-La Mactan in Cebu. Based on the photos, the ceremony looked simple yet magical. For further proof, videographer Jason Magbanua posted their official wedding video and it had an interesting revelation about the couple.
The video starts with Kryz reading a letter from Slater while she was getting ready. He wrote, “When we met years ago, we’ve always found reasons not to like each other. Who would’ve thought we would be where we are now? Life is really full of wonderful surprises, huh?”
You’d think Slater was kidding but later on, the priest’s sermon, which was tailored with the couple’s personal stories, seemed to corroborate this. “‘I don’t like him,’ says the blogger. ‘She’s maarte,’ retaliates the actor,” he said. “While Kryz was waiting for something bad to happen, Slater was careful that nothing wrong will happen.”
Other scenes include Kryz walking down the aisle to meet Slater, the Blogger Besties probably trying to hold in their tears, and the newlyweds dancing at the reception. Watch the whole wedding video below!
