The music video for Gabbi Garcia’s new single “All I Need” was released last night and we were pleasantly surprised. The video was directed by Khalil Ramos while the editing and animation was done by John Patrick Palomar. Her outfits were styled by Kat Cruz-Villanueva, Jason Delos Reyes and Mark Rosales were responsible for makeup and hair.
Aside from the music, we saw an edgier side of Gabbi. In the first few scenes she wore an all black outfit with a bold makeup look to complement it. It consisted of an intense winged eyeliner, bronzed cheeks, and peachy eyeshadow. If you want to try this look for yourself, check out our picks below.
Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Black Bean
The focal point of Gabbi’s makeup is the intense black eyeliner. To start off, use an eyeliner pencil. Swipe this on the lower and upper lash line, creating thick strokes. This pencil from Nyx has a creamy texture, making it easy to apply. Available at SM Megamall.
Sigma Gel Eye Liner in Wicked
To create the winged eyeliner, use a gel product. With an angled brush, try to get the sharp cat eye effect as perfect as possible. Applying this over the pencil eyeliner will make the product stay on all day and will blend smoothly too. Available on Sephora PH.
Happy Skin Feeling Sculptacular Face Contour Kit
Gabbi also had a bronzed shade on her face. For this, grab Happy Skin’s face contour kit. It comes with one contour shade and one highlight shade. Swipe this on to define your cheekbones. You can also use this on your forehead and nose. Available at Glorietta 4.
Tony Moly Eyetone Single Shadow in Fall In Flower
To complement the bold eyeliner, Gabbi had a peachy bronze color on her lids. This eyeshadow from Tony Moly has a similar hue. It is a highly pigmented but buildable shade so you can apply as little or as much as you want. Available at Glorietta 2.
Hourglass Confession Ultra Slim High Intensity Refillable Lipstick
Bringing her whole look together was burnt red lipstick shade like this one from Hourglass. It is a long-wearing formula that has a satin finish. You can also choose to wear a more subdued color if you find this one too bold. Available on Sephora PH.
