It seems like Crazy Rich Asians is the movie that people are still talking about and watching. According to Inquirer.net, it “topped the North American box office Labor Day weekend, its third consecutive weekend in the no. 1 spot.”
The film has been very well-received since its premiere. After The Hollywood Reporter released that the movie was the “most successful studio rom-com in nine years at the U.S. box office, Kevin Kwan shared his feelings about it on Instagram. “Feeling such gratitude and joy today. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your amazing record-breaking, history-making support.”
