Apple is back and with not just one but three iPhone releases this year.
The multinational technology company just unveiled a trio of new iPhones, namely the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. These premium phones pack different features, prices, and screen sizes among other things.
There are a few design changes like a “surgical-grade stainless steel” case and matte finish, with the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max seeming to be more focused on cramming in as much camera power as possible.
The earlier iPhone XS and XS Max featured two cameras—one for standard wide shots and another for telephoto and portrait pictures. The newer Pro models add a new 12MP ultra-wide lens. Similar to how a telephoto lens can zoom into a shot, the ultra-wide lens will let you zoom out a bit, allowing you to capture more of a scene without stepping back.
The big takeaway is the flexibility when taking photos with iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max. They have “Super Retina XDR” OLED displays based on the Pro XDR Display with similar specs like a tri-camera setup, a new matte finish, and the use of the A13 Bionic. Apple claims longer battery life despite all that. The newest incarnations come with fast-charge adapters.
Are you guys feeling this fidget spinner-like tri-camera setup? That’s gotta mean better photos right?
