We only have a month left before Christmas and people are on the hunt to buy the best affordable gifts for their loved ones. There’s also something about being in a holiday market that makes us feel alive, maybe because most of the items are discounted. But seriously, Christmas shopping really highlights what Christmas is all about: giving.
This year is all about supporting local, with the rise of artisans and brands coming up with pieces that showcase what it means to be a Filipino. So make sure to save these dates and places of upcoming local bazaars/events, especially since the Christmas rush will be starting real soon!
Designers’ Holiday Bazaar
The Designers’ Holiday Bazaar is a yearly bazaar that features some of the country’s best artisans. This year, they will fund scholars of the Affordable Private Education Center (APEC) and the Steps Scholarship Foundation. Time to look forward to new collections from returning exhibitors like Etniko Pilipino, Feanne, and Whisk Designs. The bazaar will run from Nov. 15 to Dec. 15 at Greenbelt 5.
