Last Sunday, Bi Chapter Piston Club founder and Bisexual Confession Files Tam-bi-yan member Robyn Jang Lucero was found dead inside her car in Calamba, Laguna. Her body was found with multiple stab wounds.

According to Inquirer.net, police investigators are looking into Lucero’s recent social media footprint for possible leads. Laguna police chief Lt. Col. Gene Licud even told dzBB that it was a great idea to start there.

Yesterday morning, the Brgy. Bucal BQRT (bonafide quick response team) Facebook page reported that, on Jun. 28 at 10 p.m., they responded to an accident in their vicinity with the help of the PNP SWAT, SOCO and investigation teams. They initially found Lucero’s body shoved inside the car in the middle of a bypass road. The police team also found multiple stab wounds on Lucero’s chest.

Robyn Jang Lucero operates a rent-a-car business and has been posting her services in various transportation Facebook groups. Aware of the discrimination against the LBGTQ+ community, Lucero provided queer-friendly rides from Manila to Laguna and vice versa. She also founded the Bi Chapter Piston Group on Facebook which gives provides a safe space for bisexual car/motorcyle enthusiasts.

Despite the lack of news coverage, #JusticeForRobynJangLucero is slowly trending on social media. Many members of the LGBTQ+ community and its allies have expressed their grief, saying Lucero didn’t deserve what happened to her.
