What else does the fictional mother of dragons and real-life Emmy-nominated actress deserve? Her first campaign for a luxury label, apparently.French fashion house Dior approached Emilia Clarke to front its Rose des Vents fine jewelry collection.
Shot by Patrick Demarchelier, the campaign showcased the actress’ versatile appeal as well as the unique stones she wore. (Well, what did you expect Esquire’s ‘sexiest woman alive’ to wear?)
In the campaign, we find Emilia giving deep, sexy stares to the camera, while clad in a turtleneck, a crisp button-down polo, a black number, and layers of yellow and rose gold, diamond, mother of pearl, and pink opal necklaces. Too chic!
Dior also knew we couldn’t get enough of Game of Thrones’ Daenerys Targaryen in real life, and released exclusive behind-the-scenes photos. Just as we expected, Emilia remained perfect even in her candid shots.
The actress joins Jennifer Lawrence and Rihanna in Dior’s prime roster of A-list endorsers.[Elle]
