The hip dining crowd of Washington D.C. just loves the dishes at Filipino restaurant Bad Saint as it claims the second spot of Bon Appétit’s list of Best New Restaurants.
We’ve previously written about Bad Saint and how the no-resevations restaurant is driving Americans crazy over ukoy enough that they don’t mind waiting in line. The lines have apparently gotten longer since the citation from Bon Appétit, according to The Washington Post, with customers clamoring for adobo, sinigang, and ukoy.
Out of the other Washinton-based restaurants nominated for the list, only Bad Saint entered the top ten. First to top the list is Staplehouse in Atlanta.
