Do you ever just go inside a store and feel the need to buy everything in sight? That was my exact feeling when I saw HAY in Design Story in Uptown Mall, BGC. And I’m sure a lot of people felt the same way at yesterday’s Hay Day shopping party.
Local personalities like Cristalle Belo-Pitt, Camille Co, Kaila Estrada, JP Anglo, and more stopped by the store to see their sleek furniture and home accessories, as well as the eye-catching knickknacks. They even bought a few pieces to add to their homes since everything was on sale.
“I want to get something for my mom because she loves to do crafts,” Kaila tells us as she buys three rolls of decorative tape. On the other hand, Camille, along with her boyfriend and sister, said they were renovating their house so they’re looking for home items.
Of course, this wouldn’t be a party without some sweet treats and music. Guests indulged on some munchkin bouquets from Dunkin Donuts, unique-flavored cotton candy from Fluffed (the maple bacon was a hit!), chocolate-covered potato chips from Spud Buds, and others. DJ Xtina Superstar also kept the night going with a mix of `90s and late 2000 hits.
