Who Was Xander Ford Before Going Under the Knife?

Marlou Arizala is no more. Meet Xander Ford. With a sharper nose, a stronger chin, and a white complexion, Xander is over being teased for his looks.

He started out as the oldest memberof Hasht5, a dance group of five teenagers.

Eventually, the group broke apart. But Marlou was slowly gaining fame just for himself, a subject for memes from time to time. He kept at it though, and didn’t really seem to mind.

Early this September, photos and videos of him surfaced as he went under the knife. His surgery was done by Dr. Eric-Vina Yupangco of The Icon Clinic. A few details about his surgery were revealed via Star Image Artist Management and on ABS-CBN.

With bandages and stitches, the healing process didn’t give away just yet what Xander would look like.

Look at him now though:

On top of the surgery, he apparently got some lip and eyebrow tattoos. I wonder how Xander will be like now that he’s finally assumed the face and identity that he feels he truly is?
