It was only a matter of time before Anne Curtis would inject her love for Korean culture into her makeup line. Today she announced that BLK Cosmetics will have a K-beauty starter kit and the contents are must-haves.
The limited-edition kit includes five products: K-Beauty All-Day Intense Matte Lipstick (P299), Creamy Cheek Paint (P349), All-Day Lip & Cheek Water Tint, BB+ CC Cream Stick (P449), and Intense Color Liquid Eyeshadow (P299). The whole thing will retail for only P997—very affordable!
Now, let’s have a quick rundown of all the products. The All-Day Lip & Cheek Water Tints come in four shades: cherry, orange, red, and pink. According to BLK’s website, it “delivers a fresh, vivid color that’s great for achieving just-pinched cheeks and just-bitten lips.” Meanwhile, they added three new shades to their traditional matte lipstick: My Love, Beautiful, and Love. These are everything you need to create a popsicle lip, really.
Moving on to face products, the BB+ CC Cream Stick is said to give you that “coveted Korean glow” as it smoothens skin and conceals. It also comes with a brush for easy blending. For that light, drunk flush, swipe on the Creamy Cheek Paint which is described as having a “silky texture [that] melts on skin seamlessly, delivering a soft veil of color with a healthy, second-skin finish.”
Lastly, BLK has gotten on the liquid eyeshadow train as well. This one comes in four pearlescent and matte formulas, and the shades are all brownish nudes.
The drop coincides with the opening of BLK Cosmetics’ first boutique at TriNoma Mall this afternoon. First 100 guests to check out the place will get lipsticks and also try out the K-beauty kit for the first time.
The K-Beauty Starter Kit and the individual products are already available on BLK’s website. Sadly, this won’t be sold in other BLK stalls and will only be available in the TriNoma boutique. So be sure to cop them before they’re gone!
