Maymay Entrata isn’t the only actress who’s brushing up on her runway skills. Her best friend Kisses Delavin seems to be hinting that she wants to join a beauty pageant again.
In an interview with Push ABS-CBN, Kisses said she’s not revealing anything yet until she’s sure. “Gusto ko lang na spontaneous lahat kung biglang maisipan ko. Halimbawa ‘yung jinoin ko na pageant sa Bicol is Miss Kaogma, na-decide ko mga next week na ‘yung screening and biglang sali na ako,” (I want everything to be spontaneous. For example, the pageant I joined in Bicol, which is Miss Kaogma, I decided on that a week before screening and suddenly I’m in) she said. “I’m more of the spontaneous type. I’ll take my time.”
Like Kisses mentioned, she’s no stranger to pageants. She said in a previous interview that her first pageant was when she was three years old. She’s also expressed interest in joining national pageants in the future.
Kisses added that she’ll have to work on her Q&A skills if she’ll go back to pageant training. “[Kasi] ‘di ba kailangan mag-catch up sa mga issues of today, not just issues in show business,” (Because I need to catch up on today’s issues, not just issues in show business) she said.
We’re interested to see what’s next for Kisses. Maybe she can get some tips from beauty queens like Pia Wurtzbach and Catriona Gray, too.
