If you need some afternoon motivation, here it is. If you follow Janina Vela, you’ll know that she has been very busy with shows, radio guestings, and events. Despite her schedule, she still has time to stay strong and healthy. On Instagram Stories, she shared a video of her at a boxing gym.
It was a one-on-one session and just day two of her trying Muay Thai. She definitely killed it with her punches and knees to the body. But on a regular basis, Janina stays active with her family by boxing and even joining marathons. Who else is inspired to head to the gym after work?
