Many may know Michele Gumabao for competing in Miss Globe 2018 and making it to the top 15. But, when she isn’t working the stage in a gown, she kicks but in the gym and the court. Michele is an athlete so she is always motivated to work on her strength and take of her body. Aside from sports, she also find different ways to exercise her muscles. Keep reading to find out what she does.
Volleyball

Aside from pageants, Michele is very passionate about volleyball. She was co-captain of her college team back in 2012. Even if she is out of university, she still plays for the Creamline Cool Smashers. A recent photo on IG shows her holding a volleyball on the beach. In the caption she said, “Never thought I’d say this but i can’t wait to get back to training again!”
Yoga

For a more calm but still intense workout, Michele does yoga. Like her, try booking a yoga class early in the morning before heading to work. Waking up early may be difficult but you’ll feel better about your day once you’ve had your dose of physical fitness.
Circuit training

When she really wants to sweat it out, Michele does circuit training. These classes consist of different exercises that work different parts of your body. These include weights, ropes, and calisthenics.
Spinning

Michele is no stranger to the spinning craze. Just like you and me, she struggles with some exercises too but that doesn’t mean she quits. In this video she posted, she said, “Had a great time riding with you girls! Good thing the lights were dim, I hope nobody saw me dying!” Same, Michele. Same.
Diving

We’re not sure if she dives regularly but she did earlier this year. Yes, diving is supposed to be a calming experience but it takes some strength to do it. When using the fins, you are working out your core, glute, and back muscles while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean.
