I can’t believe we still have to deal with this. According to Refinery29, Kevin Spacey was at court for a sexual assault charge and his lawyers entered a not guilty plea. The charge was for “assaulting a busboy at Club Car Bar in July 2016 when the survivor was 18 years old.” Kevin allegedly bought him drinks, made sexual comments, and tried to bring him home. It was also reported, “After the restaurant worker was intoxicated, Spacey allegedly pulled down his pants and groped him.”
To make matters worse, he doesn’t even have to be present during the next hearing on March 4. The judge will allow it as long as he is available through telephone. With something as grave as sexual assault, I feel like this case should be treated more seriously, don’t you think?
