After all the rumors, it’s finally confirmed. Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney are engaged!
The happy couple was spotted in New York before the engagement news broke. They were having dinner in a French restaurant called Raoul’s. “It was a giant rock. They seemed like they were celebrating and people were talking about it,” shared the source to Page Six.
The following day, Jennifer’s representative confirmed that the two are indeed engaged. Hooray!
The couple met in June last year when a common friend Laura Simpson introduced them. Jennifer and Cooke took off and started living in two months into the relationship. They were also spotted in Paris and Rome together.
Cooke is actually an art dealer based in New York and is the director of Gladstone gallery. He represents multiple artists including Lena Dunham’s father Carroll Dunham.
If they’re relationship moved pretty fast, then their wedding will probably happen soon. We promise to keep you posted!
