Kris Aquino is done with Bong Go and Phillip Salvador's insensitive jokes

Once again, Kris Aquino put on her “protective mother” cap after SAP Bong Go used her as a punchline during a speech. Not only that, her former partner and Joshua’s father, Phillip Salvador was part of it too.

Kris shared a clip of Go’s speech where he quipped at Phillip, who is his good friend, for having four kids in Davao. He then threw in the punchline, “Naloko mo nga si Kris Aquino eh.” (You even fooled Kris Aquino.) She said on Instagram that she was “hurt deeply” by what happened, especially since she claims she never said anything malicious towards Go.

Although Bong Go already apologized to Kris, saying that he didn’t mean no harm in his comments, Kris still went on Facebook Live last night to slam him, as well Phillip Salvador for being involved and engaging in the banter. She said that, by doing so, he’s also making a joke out of his son, Josh. “Sana inisip mo that line, ‘Naloko mo si Kris Aquino.’ What does that make of your son? Produkto siya ng panloloko?” (I hope you thought about that line, “You even fooled Kris Aquino.” What does that make of your son? That he’s the product of foolishness?) Kris said.

She continued to tell Phillip that Josh still looks him up and watches him on his iPad, even introducing his younger brother, Bimby, to his “papa.” “Mali na kinalimutan mo na nga si Josh. That’s not a big deal because I’ve done a good job in raising him. Pero mali na ginagawa mong biro ang anak ko,” (It’s wrong that you forgot about Josh. [But] that’s not a big deal because I’ve done a good job in raising him. But it’s wrong that you’re making a joke out of my son) she said.

We also think it’s wrong that Bong Go would resort to using Kris Aquino in a joke that’s high-key shaming her for being a single mother of Josh. If you have to do that to get a reaction out of your speech, then it’s probably not interesting to begin with.

And, again, you really can’t mess with Kris when you put her kids in the discussion.
