The LA It Girls of our generation are back!

Is it too early to dub 2019 as the year of reboots and comebacks? Well, maybe. But with the return of the Jonas Brothers and now a reboot of the hit reality show The Hills, I simply can’t help it.

MTV announced the new show and it’s called The Hills: New Beginnings. Based on the teaser (or lack thereof), they’ll be focusing on growing up and adulting. The show will feature the previous cast Whitney Port, Audrina Patridge, Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag-Pratt, Brody Jenner, and surprise, surprise, Mischa Barton. Yes, our gal Marissa from the show The OC will be joining the reboot.

In case you didn’t know, The OC inspired the reality show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, which eventually led to The Hills. It came full circle actually with Mischa joining the upcoming show.

If you’re wondering where Lauren Conrad is, unfortunately, she won’t be participating. Maybe because she’s still not ready to reconcile with Heidi Pratt after their fallout years ago. Or maybe, she’s just over it.

Either way, we still think The Hills: New Beginnings will be rather juicy. Will you be watching with us?
