Homegrown handbag brand Aranáz has achieved its most recent milestone: landing on the shelves of upscale department store Harvey Nichols Dubai. The Arab region’s hub for the world’s leading fashion brands welcomed its Vogue-worthy beach totes with open arms. Nestled on the third level, Aranáz shares a swanky, new home with other international high-end labels.
The famed line of clutches and totes, which also recently expanded to homeware, dropped the news on Instagram yesterday, teasing with white Harvey Nichols boxes tied with neat satin bows.
Earlier, Harvey Nichols announced its on-going #Festive fever with the same photo.
Designer and owner Amina Aranáz-Alunan is, of course, elated. “We actually have an official distributor in Dubai. And they are the ones who managed to get in touch with Harvey Nichols,” she explains. “We are excited and very thrilled of course! We are lucky to have a very good partner in Dubai.”
Aranáz is also available in Dubai through S*uce, resortrunway.com, and SaLines Boutique. Elsewhere, the brand also found its way to NYC at the equally chic boutique Five Story New York, where it’s housed with brands such as Alexander Wang and Giambattista Valli.
