In the wake of last year’s slew of sexual harassment cases, a much-needed initiative has come up. Time’s Up Now “is a unified call for change from women in entertainment for women everywhere.” In an Instagram post, they encouraged everyone to wear black “to stand in solidarity with women and men everywhere who have been silenced by discrimination, harassment or abuse.”

This came right in time for the 75th annual Golden Globes. In support of this movement, celebrities came dressed in black from head to toe.

Kerry Washington not only wore black but spoke up about the issue on the red carpet saying, “We are looking out for anyone who feels marginalized in the workplace.”

Viola Davis addressed survivors, “There are no prerequisites to worthiness, we are all born worthy. It’s not your fault and you’re not dirty.”
