With preexisting clothing collaborations with Topshop and Pacsun currently out, it’s tough to keep up with Kendall and Kylie’s Jenner’s fashion exploits, especially with the release of Kendall + Kylie, their eponymous contemporary line, which they’ve produced and designed themselves.
Having announced their newest endeavor in mid-January, the line will be available at Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Shopbop, and Revolve. According the brand’s description on the Nordstrom website, “Kendall Jenner’s refined femininity meets Kylie Jenner’s dynamic edge in a new collection of clothing and shoes inspired by New York, Paris and Dubai.”
Though certain pieces are available for pre-order on the Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus websites (both offer international shipping and rates), the photos of the full collection have already been seeded to select US media outlets, including Fashionista. According to WWD, the sisters will be celebrating the launch of their debut spring/summer 2016 collection with a party in New York on Feb. 8, which is just a few days shy of New York Fashion Week.

Unlike their California-inspired line for Pacsun, and attainably dressy pieces for Topshop, their clothing for their Kendall + Kylie collection is decidedly grownup with each sister’s distinct style imprinted in certain pieces.
For instance, it’s easy to picture teen sexpot Kylie going out for a coffee run in this knit crop top and pencil skirt set, while the fresh-faced Kendall goes to a music festival with Gigi, Cara, etc. in this off-shoulder eyelet top and matching pleated A-line skirt. More importantly, they’re pieces you can wear without shame of being labeled a Kendall and/or Kylie stalker/fan because the collection is well within the boundaries of tastefulness.
Are these two trying to give Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s Elizabeth and James line a run for its money?
Based on their prices, it’s doubtful—the sisters know their demographic. Clothing ranges from as low as $68 to $298, though the more expensive leather pieces go as high as $498. Their shoes, which are manufactured by Marc Fisher Footwear, are reasonable at $100 to $200.
By comparison, the most affordable item on Elizabeth and James current line (not counting their Sephora-exclusive fragrance line, which is $25 for the rollerball and $80 for the EDP) is a $295 Eniko top, while the most expensive is a $1,495 Beatrix fur jacket. (Still nowhere as luxe as the prohibitively expensive The Row.)
Still, as Kendall and Kylie’s fans continue to grow (in age and presumably, in number as their popularity increases), so does their spending power. The sisters are 20 and 18 years old, respectively, and as their penchant for fashion and beauty evolve as they age, expect them to dabble in more aspirational product lines. After all, no matter what their future projects turn out to be, these two are already proven sold-out success stories. Well, at least Kylie is.
Looks like these two are gonna need their own TV show.
