Furniture shopping is always a chore. But when you’re investing on good quality ones, it’ll make your life easier in the long-run and it will help you create a posh space worth coming home to. It’s also important to have lots of options to choose from, and luckily, where Dexterton Corporation just opened their newest showroom in Bonifacio Global City.
According to Dexter Go, Dexterton vice-president, they handpick the brands from Europe and USA based on their quality, not the design or price. “Last week, I went to Italy and I was really excited about a sink basin they have there. [When they showed it to me] at the showroom, the design was nice, but the finish wasn’t [so I declined.] Quality really matters to us,” he tells us at the press conference.
Dexterton’s showroom is found on the first to third floor of the building, with each floor holding different home needs.
The ground floor is dedicated to bathroom fixtures―showers and bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and other accessories. Here, you can find Italian brand Gessi which are known for their modern-style fixtures, including rainshower shower heads; Laufen with their contemporary Swiss and German sink and tub designs, and many more.
Next, you can find more bathroom stuff at the second floor, as well as racks and tiles. Italian brand Glass Design showcases uniquely shaped sink basins made either with a matte or a glistening ivory or bronze-like finish. Meanwhile, you can also choose from an array of floor and wall tiles made from marble and wood.
Lastly, the third floor houses furniture for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. For your comfort needs, you can look at Caracole and Himolla’s comfortable seats and beds. You can also choose your preferred kitchen style from Blanco and Störmer’s lines.
Aside from their showroom, the Dexterton building also has 22 fully furnished residential units for rent―a choice between two and three-bedroom units from the fourth to 15th floor. Michael So, Dexterton vice-president, shares that the two-bedroom units are around 94 to 95 square meters and the three-bedroom units are over 100 square meters. There are no details yet on how long the maximum stay is, but this is great for those who are looking to move to a new place or just somewhere to stay when you’re on a business trip.
So if you’re in BGC and looking to buy new furniture, you can pop by their showroom for a little tour. You can also check out the residential units just in case you want to move out of your current place.
