If you’re looking for a unique way to confront sexual harassers, take a page from Carrie Fisher’s book. The departed actress most known for being our one and only Princess Leia, continues to prove that she was as cool as she was onscreen in real life. A friend of hers recently admitted that Carrie gave an alleged sexual abuser a unique gift: a cow’s tongue. It even came even with a note. Because you just don’t give out dead animal parts without making sure people know who it came from.
Heather Ross was telling American radio station that a certain “Oscar-winning producer” once climbed on top of her and groped in a car during what was supposed to be a business meeting. Heather confided in Carrie who promptly got a cow’s tongue from a deli. Carrie then placed it inside a Tiffany’s box. The note read “If you ever touch my darling Heather or any woman again, the next delivery will be something of yours in a much smaller box.”
Bravo, Carrie.
