Maxene Magalona and Rob Mananquil have been in Tokyo for a few weeks but they aren’t just there on vacation. Last night, the couple posted matching photos sharing that they were there to celebrate the anniversary of their engagement. They even recreated their photos at Tokyo Dome City’s “Luminous Tunnel.”
Maxene shared in her caption, “The main reason why we went to Tokyo was to celebrate the anniversary of our engagement which took place on Valentine’s Day last year.” Rob, on the other hand, shared about what happened when he proposed. “I wanted to carry you for our third post last year but you said, ‘No, because that’s only for married couples.’ But thank you for saying ‘Yes’ when I knelt for the third pose.”
Aside from recreating their proposal photos, the two have been enjoying Japan’s food like sushi and ramen. They also visited the Yayoi Kusama Museum and an aquarium.
