It’s no secret that superhero workouts are intense. If you’ve ever wondered how Brie Larson did hers for Captain Marvel, she set the bar pretty high.
On Instagram, Brie shared one of her training highlights: pushing an almost 5,000 lbs Jeep with a full tank of gas and her friend at the wheel for one minute. She looked like she was struggling at some point but at the end of the video, she was just laughing it off. I mean, NBD, it’s just a large vehicle and she is Captain Marvel after all.

As for Brie’s other go-to workouts for the role, she also did rock climbing to get those toned arms and strong legs.
