Han Ji Seong's car accident is speculated to be alcohol or drug-related

One Punch actress and B Dolls singer Han Ji Seong recently passed away after getting hit by two vehicles along an expressway. While fans send their condolences to her family, the police are still investigating what really happened.

Initial reports stated that “she turned on the hazard lights and stopped her car on the second lane of the three-lane expressway when her husband had to urgently use the restroom.” Ji Seong reportedly got out of the car after and got hit by a taxi who was trying to change lanes, and was later hit by an SUV the second time. Police are currently investigating whether the taxi driver was speeding or drunk.

The husband told police that he didn’t see the accident because he went over the rails to do his business on a flowerbed. He allegedly only saw what happened when he got out of the bushes.

But, new dashcam footage showed that Ji Seong and her husband went out of the car the same time. Meaww noted, “The accident occurred around 10 seconds from the time he reached the guard rail.” It contradicts the the husband’s claim that he didn’t see the accident until later.

Korean netizens are speculating that Ji Seong could either be intoxicated or on drugs, which would explain why she stopped in the middle of an expressway. One commented, “Even if they were arguing, if they were sober, they aren’t likely to stop in the middle of the highway like that.”

Likewise, the police will still conduct an autopsy to find out Ji Seong’s actual state before the accident happened.
